Writers Wanted!

It’s exciting times around the NHL, and web traffic is heating up. Want to be a part of it? I would hope so. CJ and I are slaving over hot keyboards for your enlightenment.

Do you want to write about the Nashville Predators on our site?  Do you know “WordPress”.  Then we may have some positions for you.  Our site hires staff who want to get into the business of sports journalism.  Either as a hobby or as a stepping stone to a career in the sports world.  The first step is getting yourself known and finding out if the daily rigors of writing and deadlines is for you.

For the next few days we will be accepting Email applications for writing position on Predlines.com.  To apply, simply send an Email to dandbradley@gmail.com.  Tell me why you think you have what it takes to be a daily or weekly writer for this site and what you hope to accomplish out of it.  Send me a 300 word sample of your writing on a Predators or NHL subject of your choosing that does NOT revolve around how you became a fan, Tomas Vokoun, Shea Weber, or even Peyton Manning.  Be original and stand out (this is key!).

In your sample, make sure that you punctuate properly and spell check as well.
