It’s been a busy offseason for the Nashville Predators as they will try to follow-up their epic 2016-17 season with another. Here’s their offseason grades after all of the roster changes.

There’s a challenging road ahead for the Predators. They’re currently the Western Conference champs, and with that comes bigger expectations. You have to applaud the front office for not sitting idle and being aggressive this offseason. However, some unfortunate player departures will also give the Predators some tough hurdles to navigate around.

Mike Fisher, the great captain of the Predators for last season’s Stanley Cup Final team, is retiring. That means there will be a huge void of veteran leadership to fill.

The loss of Colin Wilson in free agency makes sense, but is also another offensive void that will need to be filled. Even with the notable losses of those two, the Predators have reloaded with some impressive firepower. Here’s your grades of the offseason moves that will play a major factor into the Predators being contenders again.
