Statement win over Boston

It’s always fun beating any team from Boston, and this win was particularly sweet because the Bruins are one of the top teams in the NHL.

A few days before this the Predators had just lost to the lowly Ottawa Senators in overtime, proving how untrustworthy this team is.

The Predators traveled to Boston to play the Bruins in a very tight hockey game.

Although the Bruins struck first in the 2nd period, the Predators would come back from a one-goal deficit twice in this game. Roman Josi and Filip Forsberg would score the tying goals.

Here is the recap of that game to remind you how close it was.

After dropping such a disappointing game to the Senators days before, this was a huge response to make to beat a top-tier team like the Bruins.

This game showed that the Predators can play their best hockey and hang with anyone in the NHL.

This was a big game for Josi as he got the top star has he scored two goals, with Ryan Ellis scoring the game-winner in overtime. All of the top players for the Predators showed up in this game.
