Haula failed to disappoint as not only did he tally on the scoresheet, but he managed to do it twice. His first goal was tipped in from a long-range shot by Jonathan Marchessault on the powerplay. He maintained his center positioning really well as he remained present in the center shooting lane for most of the play. As a result of his good positioning, he was able to set up in Marchy's shooting lane and redirect the puck into the back of the net.

His second goal came off of a 5v5 wraparound goal. Once again, Haula took advantage of his location and moved the puck around the back of the net, and netting his second of the net. After being pressured by defenders by the crease, he redirected himself to faceoff circle before moving back behind the d-men and setting up a prime scoring chance which ultimately resulted in another tally on the scoresheet.
