3. Roman Josi captained Switzerland when it was needed

Josi held his role as offensive defenseman to another standard. He scored two goals and assisted on two others in five games played. That currently ranks him seventh among all defensemen in the Olympics. Switzerland was able to make it past Italy 3-0 and force overtime against Finland thanks to Josi. Even though they did lose, it isn't too crazy to say that it wouldn't have been this far with Josi.
He spent 110 minutes on the ice, roughly 22 minutes per game. He's played a similar role to other top defensemen like Cale Makar, who's put up just about the same stats as Josi. When he returns to Nashville to resume the season, we could see this leadership and skill enhances itself through confidence. This type of confidence is the only type we'll be seeing enter the locker room however, as these next two bring winners confidence.
