The MVP of the Nashville Predators for every season in franchise history: Part 1

The Nashville Predators have had many franchise changing players in their relatively short history, but have mainly relied on blue collar players over elite superstars.

The Nashville Predators just completed their 27th season in franchise history which includes 16 playoff appearances, but zero Stanley Cups and only one appearance in the conference finals.

Through these nearly three decades, the Predators have leaned on multiple all-star caliber players and top tier goaltending, but have mostly lacked the elite superstars that become NHL Hart Trophy candidates.

Pekka Rinne, Shea Weber, Roman Josi and most recently Juuse Saros have received some votes for the Hart Trophy, the NHL MVP award.

With that said, going from the early days to the most recent season, here are my team MVP's of every Preds season in franchise history beginning with the early struggles of being an expansion team up to finally getting into playoffs.

This is part one of a four-part series going through history of the Nashville Predators.
