It seems like not too long ago the Nashville Predators were dropping the puck against San Jose as part of the NHL Global Series in Prague. Here we are though, the middle of January, and the Predators have hit the halfway point of the 2022-2023 NHL Season.

The first 41 games of the season have not gone as hoped for, even with the addition of some big names to the roster during the offseason. There is still a lot of hockey to be played and the Predators are in dire need of some wins to continue to push for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

At this point of the grueling NHL season, the Predators are in trouble of breaking their streak of consecutive playoff appearances at eight.

Here’s my grades for the Nashville Predators at the midway point with a record of 19-6-6 and fifth place in the Central Division. At this exact point in 2022, the Predators were 24-14-3.
